Welcome

Avon Wind Band Association (AWBA) is a charity with the aim of promoting, improving, developing and maintaining public education and appreciation of wind band music.  We operate in South Gloucestershire and North Bristol. To meet our aims we provide financial and administrative support to member bands; run a musical instrument loan scheme for members and ensure our member bands and their music is accessible to the wider community. 

We have four bands in our Association, covering various levels of ability.  If you're interested in playing wind band music we hope we have a band to suit you.  Visit the About Pages to learn more about our member bands.
